The room decor was charming, but finding the hotel was a hassle.

Our host and his staff were fabulous, gracious, and accommodating. Wonderful apartment in the center of town, so it was very convenient for our daily adventures in Verona. We felt like home in the one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen (shopped at the market & wine store), and a washer to catch up on some laundry after being in Italy from the week before. Lovely Italian breakfast. The price is well worth such lovely accommodations.

Famous hotel with lovely and wonderful breakfasts provided. Admirable service offered, well-appointed room with shower, fire place, luxurious bathroom. Excellent and wonderful location - so close to Piazza Bra. Greatly enjoyed safe area.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues could really frustrate tech-savvy travelers!!! The confusing hotel signage and directions can add unnecessary stress upon arrival!!! A bit more clarity on parking arrangements would really help guests tremendously!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions. The breakfast options could be improved for variety.

The establishment was beautiful and luxurious. My bathroom had gorgeous marble floors, countertop, and artsy stainglass window. Luigi was a fantastic host - he made me feel welcomed, and gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit. The location is very convenient - steps away from the must-see places and high end shops. Having breakfast on the terris was yet another amazing experience. I would recommend Residenza Borsari to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience in Verona!

Owners are extremely helpful. Perfect location in the city center. Beautifully designed place.Vera's sugestion to visit Sirmione was wonderful. We definitely recommend this place for your stay in Verona.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residenza Borsari. The hospitality that both Luigi and Maria showed was incredible. Luigi was very helpful and Maria's breakfast was a typical 'traditional' Italian style breakfast which was great!!! The room was very modern and chic. The room was also very clean and the washroom was very nice with an ambient light in the shower (nice touch). The room we stayed in came with a shared balcony (ask for upon booking) which over looked a busy pedestrian street (closed for cars on weekends). We sat on the balcony and it felt like we truly lived in Verona. Great experience thanks...
